All orders are shipped via DHL, direct from Italy, with tracking provided on the order page at shipment. Occasionally, we will use International Post if it is advantageous to certain addresses. If there are any particular delivery situations we should be aware of, please make a note at checkout and we will confirm the best method to your address.
Local pick-up is available at the factory, please simply indicate that if preferred.
Any return requests must be made within 5 days of confirmed delivery. All returns must have a Return Approval # as we do not accept delivery of packages without this on the outside of the carton. If there is a need for a Return Approval #, please email the details to:
We cannot issue a Return Approval # for any item that has been worn, creased, flexed or otherwise in a condition which would not allow us to return to stock as new.
