Return Policy

 

Inventory

 

Please note that all of our inventory is in-stock and available in our retail shop here in Richmond.  We do not hold goods aside for internet/phone orders.  Also, our shop features old solid Pine and Oak Hardwood flooring, with no carpets.  Any shoes/boots may have been tried on - sometimes numerous times - in our shop and the soles can be slightly scuffed or marked.  We clean the soles in this case, but close inspection would show shop floor marks occasionally.  We do not consider this anything other than routine for our footwear.  The above also is noted regarding the uppers - we won't send excessively shop worn goods as new, but we also won't make comment if a crease or two appears on the uppers.

 

Regularly Priced Merchandise

 

If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 5 days of receiving your purchase. Please contact us via contact@riderboot.com and identify the reason for the return so we can issue a correct Return Authorization.  All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we will not accept packages without an approved Return Authorization.

 

Worn, damaged or excessively handled merchandise will be returned without issuing of credit and return postage fees charged to original account information.

 

Sale Merchandise

 

Regular sale items can be exchanged for other merchandise or store credit that can be applied to a future purchase. Refunds are not issued under any circumstances. All exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the items.

 

Rider Boot Co. cannot accept returns or exchanges on Final Sale items.

Shipping Policy

 

All Domestic orders are shipped via either insured USPS or insured FedEx delivery service, and tracking numbers are sent at time of shipment.  We will indicate all orders to be delivered ‘signature NOT required’ unless otherwise directed.  Please chose your preferred delivery method at checkout.

 

All International orders are shipped via insured USPS (US Post) and tracking numbers are sent at time of shipment.  We cannot be held responsible for any duties, taxes, fees, etc. charged by the Home Postal Service upon delivery.  Product values will be indicated at purchase price, and please do not ask us to alter these values.
